How do I qualify?

You just need to purchase an eligible product between 4th of April and 30th of April

You then need to have your claim submitted by 22/05/2022.

When can I claim?

You will need to have your product delivered before you can claim. Once your product arrives you can then submit the product's serial number with your claim.

How do I claim?

Claims need to be entered via the below website and submitted by 22/05/2022

You'll need to submit; 

• Proof of purchase - we'll send you a copy of your invoice with your items.
• A copy of the product's serial number - perhaps a photo of it as well.
• And fill out the personal information form on the claims form. 

Payments are paid via Paypal to the nominated account

How long does it take to get my claim?

This is hard to estimate, typically less than 2 weeks, but Atomos have advised "Processing will take up to 8 weeks and funds will be transferred directly to your PayPal account"

How many times can I claim? 

"2 claim per product per claimnt" 

Meaning you are able to purchase every single eligible product and then put a claim in on each of them, but you can't purchase two of the same product to then put two claims in. 

If purchasing multiple eligible products claims have to be submitted individually per product.
