Extended Camera Warranty Cover*

All cameras and equipment sold by Camera Warehouse come with a standard Australian Manufacturer or Distributor warranty. The Camera Carehouse Protection Plan provides an additional period of warranty (after the manufacturer warranty expires) for your camera. Choose between 1 or 2 years of extended cover and have the reassurance that you still are protected against potentially expensive repair costs; in the case of a manufacturing fault occurring beyond that time when the manufactures limited warranty cover concludes. This cover does not extend to the lens if camera is bought in a kit. 

In-House Sensor Clean and Camera Health Check

While your camera is under the Carehouse Protection cover, you can organise to drop off your camera in-store to have its sensor cleaned by experienced in house technicians (only for interchangeable cameras). During this time, we can look over your camera and ensure everything is in working order, even update the firmware if you would like. You will have 1 clean and check for '1-year extended cover' and 2 for '2 years extended cover.' You can choose anytime during the manufactures and extended cover when you'd like to come in store for this service. 

Private Lesson with Product Specialist

Within the first month of owning your camera, you can book a private lesson with our in-store product specialists. This can be done in-store at the time of purchase or up to a month after. We will even accommodate nationwide customers with online video chat lessons. This can be perfect for anyone new to cameras, transitioning from another brand or just those looking to get the most out of your new camera. 

We only use Authorised Repairs with Genuine Parts

During the extended warranty cover, if your camera is needing to be repaired or serviced, we will only send it to the manufactures authorised repairers who will use genuine parts.

Transferable Cover

If you're one who may sell your camera in future, this extended cover stays with the camera for the new owner to utilise if need be.

Bonus Screen Protector 

There is nothing worse than seeing a camera with a scratched or chipped screen so we will send you away with a Larmor screen protector. Lamour produces screen protectors specific to select camera models. If there isn't a size applicable for your camera we can then provide Larmor's universal protector or a specific product from a brand of comparable quality. 

Priority Service

If you need to use the benefits of the Camera Carehouse Protection, we will give you priority service to have your camera processed as soon as it possibly can be. So even in busy times such as Christmas or if you are in a rush for an upcoming project, we will do everything we can to have your camera processed. 

Free Shipping

No matter where you are in the nation, we will cover the freight for an eligible repair or service.

*Does not include Canon cameras with a 5 year manufactures warranty. These select cameras have their own Camera Carehouse Protection plan which has the same benefits listed above excluding the extended warranty cover.
