The Techart Pro Autofocus Lens Adapter (Contax G - Nikon Z) is a great solution to this problem. It allows you to use your existing Contax G lenses on your new Nikon Z mount camera body. The adapter has been upgraded with an upgraded CPU and brushless motor, which allows it to support face and eye detection and autofocus modes.

This adapter also supports IBIS in-body image stabilization, so you can use this as your main stabilization system when shooting with Contax G lenses.

This adapter does not support electronic aperture control on Contax G lenses, so you will need to shoot at the maximum aperture of each lens when using this adapter.

Finest Built Quality
Making of aircraft-graded aluminium and copper alloy, the ring is made light but tough, achieving best balance among weight, mechanical behaviour, and precision. Internal flocking is applied to eliminate any possible reflection of lights. The lens release tab has been approximated to the one on Nikon camera with less than 0.01mm tolerance to ensure a smooth installation of the lenses. The CPU has been upgraded to a 32-bit ARM unit while data transmission process and thus focusing performance has been fastened.

Compatibility with IBIS
While shooting, the aperture value in the camera should be set into dedicated values with respect to the focal length of the lens, to maximize IBIS performance. Contax-G lenses are manual aperture lenses that the setting of camera aperture will not affect the shooting exposure.
