The Sony ECMXYST1M Stereo Microphone is a high quality microphone that can be used with the Sony Multi-Interface Shoe. It is compatible with Sony Cyber-Shot Cameras, Handycam Camcorders and Alpha and NEX Cameras. The 70 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response is excellent for recording audio in a variety of situations. It also comes with a windscreen, pouch and audio cable.
The Sony ECMXYST1M Stereo Microphone features a shotgun microphone design that blocks out unwanted sounds such as wind noise or other noises from the background. This allows for clearer audio to be recorded with your videos or photos. This mic has an omnidirectional polar pattern which captures sound from all directions instead of just directly in front of it like some other microphones do.
This microphone is great for recording vocals or live music when you're on location outdoors or indoors without any additional equipment needed! You can also use it as a boom mic if your camera doesn't have one built in enough!
