The Sony E-Mount 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Zoom Lens is an APS-C format lens with a 35mm field of view equivalent of 27-82.5mm. It also performs well under low-light settings due to its f/3.5-5.6 maximum aperture. Constructed with 11 lens elements in 9 groups, it features Aspherical Lens Elements that help reduce spherical and chromatic aberration. Meanwhile, the 0.3x maximum magnification ratio can be taken advantage to zoom in closer to the subject. The Sony E-Mount 18-55mm is also equipped with Internal Focus Mechanism and Direct Manual Focus for more options in getting those clear shots. This Sony digital camera also has built-in Optical Steadyshot Image Stabilization to negate potential image blur due to camera shake. Amazing bokeh effects can also be achieved through the seven-blade circular diaphragm. Compatible with Sony E-Mount Cameras, the Sony E-Mount 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Zoom Lens has a 49mm filter diameter. Durability and elegance in design is both provided by its aluminium alloy finish.
