Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer Mount

The Star Adventurer Mount from Sky-Watcher is a user friendly low power consumption EQ mount that provides precision tracking for astrophotography. It is capable of handling a payload capacity of 5kg and is compatible with 3/8" and 1/4" camera tripod thread. It consists of a multiple pre-programmed speeds for time lapse photography and a tracking rate selectable between Sidereal, Solar and Lunar perfect for novice and pros alike in terms of astronomical studies. A 2.5mm 3-segment stereo jack is available into the mount to provide the DSLR interface for automatic shutter control for long-exposure or time-lapse photography. A built in polar scope with illuminator and built-in auto-guiding interface helps the alignment process in either the Northern or Southern hemispheres.
