Shimoda Action X DV Roller Camera Bag

The ShimodaAction X DV Roller can accommodate an X-Large DV Core Unit while staying within carry-on requirements for airlines. You can access your items via the rear panel that reveals everything inside without obstruction. Meanwhile, zippered pockets in its interior can carry smaller miscellaneous items. This durable rolling case also features wheel housings that protect the corners from unnecessary impact.

The top handle is adjustable to allow easier dragging. You can also carry the bag by hand through the built-in handle on the bottom side. It also has carry straps that can be converted into a handle wrap that lifts the rolling case upward. This Shimoda rolling bag has a storage pocket on each side. The left side has two smaller pockets for passports and smartphones. Its nylon construction allows the bag to repel water.

Carry-on friendly

Our roller is sized to meet most airline carry-on requirements. Since carry-on dimensions vary by airplane size and style, and regulations are always changing, we recommend checking with your airline before flight. Core Unit compatibility

When used with an X-Large DV Core Unit, it can accommodate two digital cinematography cameras with an attached lens, additional telephoto lens, and accessories. Meanwhile, using it with a Large DSLR Core Unit and a Small DSLR Core Unit, can accommodate up to three DSLR cameras and 11 lenses, including a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens; or three DSLR cameras and seven lenses, including a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, plus a medium-sized drone kit.

Side panel pockets

Each side of the bag features a full-length zippered pocket. One side is fitted with a travel document and phone sleeve and the other side fits larger accessories like a water bottle. Both sides have a compression strap so you can hold a medium-sized tripod if needed.
