The lens construction is composed of 2 Aspherical Lenses and 4 ED Lenses to minimize chromatic aberrations and ghosting with Multi-Coated Lens Elements to reduce flare. This lens features Contrast AF System Support, continuous AF/AE Function-Photos/Movies, and a Circular Aperture Diaphragm with 7 Blades.
