The National Photography Traning College photography classes are full of all the elements to good photography. Photography is like a good recipe, each element in the right proportions. You will enjoy applying the theory in practical activities throughout the course so please bring your camera, fully charged and a clean memory card for day 1. Handout notes will be supplied.
Please also bring your tripod, extra lens and flash if you have one for day 2. If you need to update or purchase equipment prior to the course please give the College a quick call to ensure it will be a good investment. Otherwise stay with the gear you have and we will give you some help on the day.
There will be catering for each day and a light lunch will be supplied. We have chosen central, convenient locations and free parking is available at most of the venues. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific detail. Class sizes are limited so please book early.
Day One: Card Hygiene, Capture Modes; Aperture, Shutter & ISO
Day Two: Image Quality, Manual Exposure, Composition, Flash & Lighting
Duration: 2 Single days (min 1 week apart)
Times: 10am – 4.30pm
Other Information
Dress suitably for the weather and the environment of kneeling or sitting outdoors when taking a photo. A solid backpack or camera bag is recommended to carry all your personal and camera accessories as we move between the classroom and the outdoor backdrop. Always check that you have charged the batteries and we prefer you to have a clean, empty memory card with the camera.
