You can also close in to your subject using its 10x Optical Zoom. Used for Nikon 1 CX-Format Cameras, this lens has a f/4-5.6 maximum aperture and 10-100 mm focal length.

Compact yet powerful
With a 10x optical zoom, this is the world's smallest high-power zoom lens based on Nikon's research of volume comparison when the lens is retracted. This means that you won't need much space to carry this item anywhere you need to immortalize those great memories on photo.

Vibration Reduction
Even if the camera shakes, the VR function minimizes potential image blurs. This works best during low-light settings wherein slower shutter is used.

Lens Construction
Made up of 19 elements in 12 groups, it includes 3 aspherical lens elements to reduce lens aberration and two Extra-Low Dispersion glass to limit chromatic aberration. Three High Refractive Index lens elements are also included for superior contrast and colour. Likewise, the lens has 7 rounded diaphragm blades that can provide amazing bokeh effects.

Move closer to the subject
At the 10 mm focal length, you can move to as close as 0.35 metres or 1.1 feet from the focal plane. This gives you the ability to capture the subject in greater detail.
