The Minox BL 8x56 Binoculars offers High Grade Sport Optics aimed at the best possible performance in all areas. Its optical system provides high light transmission that gains top marks for brightness and contrast. This binos incorporates MinoBright® prism coating for high light transmission and extremely sharp image for intermediate to long-range observations. Its M* lens coating is contained for bright image. Its lens promotes the special optical high-tech glass. Features such as large field of view and Quick Close Focus are combined to ensure more comfort as well as its scale for distance estimations. These binoculars are made to be waterproof down to 5 m and argon gas purged to prevent fogging.The eyecups with four click-stops make the 8x56 BL easy to use and comfortable to handle. It is also crafted with lightweight magnesium body.

Lightweight design
The MINOX BL series features a particularly lightweight design that uses new and innovative materials. In spite of their extreme twilight performance the MINOX BL 8x56 and BL 15x56 weigh just over 1,000 grams. The outstanding optical design and mechanical precision of these powerful BL classics have been further enhanced to set new standards in this segment. An innovative M*multi-coating optimizes the light transmission and colour rendition of the binoculars. Up to 21 layers applied to the glass surfaces prevent the loss of light through reflections. A new coating of just a few nanometres in thickness is applied to all glass/air surfaces using the high-vacuum vapour deposition method and guarantees true colours of the highest level as well as maximum light transmission for an enhanced pin-sharp definition – particularly in poor light.

Upgraded external design
The external design of the BL 8x56 and BL 15x56 has been upgraded and is now conform with the MINOX BL 8x56 and BL 15x56 Lightweight and powerful classic hunting binoculars BL comfort bridge binoculars. The new metal focusing wheel with rubber ribs is easy to use and quick to adjust. It also features a finger-felt marking for the infinity setting. By feeling the actual setting, the user can quickly focus on the game in view, even in twilight conditions. With resting forearms, even the BL model with 15x magnification can be moved quickly and steadily. As an alternative, the binoculars can be used with a tripod that is attached to the tripod thread using a quick-action adapter.

Argon filled
Argon filling on the inside of the binoculars prevents fogging of the glass surfaces and provides permanent protection against corrosion. With the extended eye relief, the entire field of view can be enjoyed at all times, also when wearing glasses. Twist-type retractable rubber eyecups with individual click stops are another convenient feature.
