The Lomography Petzval 85mm Lens is a medium-format lens designed to produce the distinctive swirly bokeh and pronounced vignetting of its 1840 namesake. The result is a unique, vintage-inspired look that's perfect for portraits, weddings, street photography and more.
The Lomography Petzval 85mm Lens features an F-Mount Lens/FX Format for compatibility with most Nikon DSLRs (it will also fit on Canon DLSRs with the Lomography Petzval 85mm EF-Mount Lens/Full-Frame Format). It's made from brass with Russian glass elements, which gives it a vintage feel. The lens is also manual geared, so you need to rotate the lens barrel to focus on your subject; this makes it easy to fine tune your focus point.
This unique lens comes packaged in a stylish leather pouch that also includes seven waterhouse stops (which are basically neutral density filters) so that you can control your depth of field while shooting portraits or other situations where you want to blur out backgrounds. It comes with a leather pouch for storing your camera and lens when not in use (or when traveling).
