When the lens is pointed straight ahead, the Edge 80 works just like a high-quality straight lens. However, tilting the lens provides a soft blur around the subject in clear focus.

Special close-focus function
Photographers can extend the front of the optic to focus as close as 17" away from their subject. For a closer focus, Lensbaby's Micro Converters are available for use.
