Laowa OOOM Adapter Kit (1.33x Adapter + 1.4x Expander)

The Laowa 1.33x Rear Anamorphic Adapter is a unique 1.33x anamorphic squeeze adapter that converts the 16:9 frame to 2:35:1 widescreen. The lens is designed for use with OOOM 25-100mm and other S35 lenses, but can also be used on PL mount lenses and cameras. It cuts 0.5 stop of light and adds artifacts and flares for a cinematic look.

The Laowa 1.33x Rear Anamorphic Adapter has a special optical design that allows it to expand the field of view while maintaining the same image circle as full frame 35mm lenses. There is no oval bokeh or expanded field of view like some other adapters offer.

The Laowa 1.4x Full Frame Expander converts the 25-100mm T2.9 cine lens into a 35-140mm T4 lens for use with full frame cameras. This means that it expands the coverage of the existing 25-100mm from Super 35 to Full Frame, allowing you to shoot from farther away and keep more in focus. It also allows you to use this cine lens on your APS-C sensor camera or film camera without vignetting issues or distortion when using wide angle lenses. This converter features an adjustable back focus ring which allows you to fine tune your focus when using this converter on different cameras and/or different adapters. The adapter has a built in stop which reduces light loss by 1 stop when compared to an unmodified lens - this is especially important when shooting at high shutter speeds or in low light situations!

When pairing with the OOOM, Laowa 1.33X Rear Anamorphic Adapter allows expanding your filming canvas to a 2.35:1 cinematic widescreen ratio in a 16:9 sensor while retaining its image resolution. It adds special characters in bokeh and flares on ordinary spherical lenses to become more cinematic.

* A half stop light impact on the lens after the anamorphic adapter is applied.
* This anamorphic rear adapter doesn’t feature any oval bokeh or expanded horizontal field of view like front anamorphic lenses does.

1.4x Full Frame Expander
Laowa 1.4X FF Expander is tailor-made for the OOOM to expand the coverage from Super35 into full-frame without affecting its image quality.

**There will be a 1-stop light down and 1.4x impact on the focal range, making OOOM a 35-140mm T4 lens. A quick switch button is designed on the OOOM to allow easy conversion of focal length & t-stop scale.
