The Kupo KCP-402 Twist Lock mounting plate for two T12 lamps for Pavotubes for 2 Pavotubes, Quasar Science, or Asterra LED tube, or any other T12 lights, such as the Kino Flo T-12 fluorescent lamps. 

On the back of the mount plate is a twist locking mount. On the front of the plate are two pairs of rubberised spring clips allow you to mount your two T12 lights.
