The Kupo 40" C-Stand Riser column for CT-40M Silver, the base of this riser tube is designed to mount in a C-Stand Turtle base. It has an industry standard Junior base of 28mm (or 1 1/8") and on top it has a 16mm (5/8") babyspigot.

This C-Stand tube can be used as an upright on a set of C-Stand rolleer wheels or as an extention for large stands with a 28mm junior receiver.
