As further evidence of structural stability, the 5/8" mounting stud is attached with two cross pins at right angles to prevent any possibility of movement. It is a high quality, light weight lighting support ideal for speed light and medium sized studio light applications. The use of aluminum enables a stand that is easy to carry with you for location work, or when moving around the studio, without compromising on capacity or sturdiness. The light stand also features a high quality, brass mounting spigot with a 3/8" thread. The brass spigot is cross pinned at right angles which ensure an extremely strong bond which minimises any movement of the spigot. The 2.5m Midi Pro is also air cushioned which allows for controlled, safe collapsing of the riser sections - ensuring your valuable lighting equipment is always safe.
