Joby Wavo Lav Mobile Microphone

This is the Joby Wavo Lav Mobile Microphone. The lav mic is designed to clip onto clothing and record audio from sources several feet away. It connects to smartphones and cameras via a TRRS cable, which provides power and allows for monitoring of the audio through the phone's headphones. The microphone has an omnidirectional polar pattern that provides better sound quality than cardioid microphones, which tend to focus on sounds in front of them.

The Wavo features an external windscreen that helps reduce wind noise when recording outside, as well as three furry windscreens that help block out unwanted sounds like air conditioners or other mechanical noises (such as those generated by your computer).

The Wavo also comes with a clip that can attach to your shirt or pants pocket for hands-free use. This makes it ideal for vlogging, interviewing or live streaming on platforms like Facebook Live or YouTube Live Streaming.
