AquaTech Weight Bracket Kit

The AquaTech Weight Bracket is designed to give you precise control over the buoyancy and balance of your AQUATECH Water Housing. By easily attaching to the base of several housing models—including the Edge Max, Edge Pro, Edge Base, Elite II, Reflex, and EVO—it directly addresses the common issue of positive buoyancy that arises when utilizing large lens ports or smaller camera bodies. By adding ballast weight, the bracket makes shooting underwater significantly easier, allowing you to achieve a more neutral or even negatively buoyant housing setup.

The bracket offers high flexibility and user convenience, accommodating most standard dive weights up to 5 lb (2.3 kg). The weight is held securely in place using a heavy-duty Velcro strap. Adjustment is simple: a single, large locking knob allows the bracket to be easily moved backward and forward while you are in the water. Furthermore, this Weight Bracket Kit is compatible with all X Port and P Series lens ports, with the exception of the XLD-12” Dome and PD-16” Dome ports.
