It offers single or combination Tilt & Shift ranging to +/- 8° Maximum Tiltand +/- 11mm Maximum Shift. It is also capable of 90° Left and Right Mount Rotation and can reach 15.6" Minimum Focus Distance. The floating lens system with rear focusing enables sharp focus throughout the focus range while maintaining compactness. The Truly Circular Diaphragmresults in pleasing out-of-focus backgrounds.

Natural perspective with movements
A standard focal length lens featuring tilt and shift movements. A floating optical system, and rear focusing mechanism ensure sharp images from 0.4m to infinity. The 45mm focal length is ideal for obtaining a natural-looking perspective.
Wide range of movement
The TS-E 45mm f/2.8 offers amazing flexibility, enabling a photographer to control the depth of field and perspective with ±8° of tilt, ±11mm shift and ±90° of rotation. The tilt-and-shift mechanism also features locks to ensure that unwanted movements are avoided.
Super Spectra coating
Super Spectra coatings ensure accurate colour balance and enhance contrast. They also reduce flare and ghosting – a common problem caused by light bouncing off a camera's sensor.
