The EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro USM is a high quality telephoto lens that adapts True Macro 1:1 Magnification.  The fast yet silent autofocus is driven by Ultrasonic Focus Motor which also allows manual focus override even at AF mode. The lens construction consists of Ultra-Low Dispersion Lens Elements. This lens offers f/3.5-32 Aperture Range, and 19"Minimum Focus Distance. The Focus Range Limiter controls the AF range where you can choose a suitable focusing distance range with the shortened actual autofocus time.

The EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro USM is a telephoto macro lens which offers a maximum magnification of 1.0x. Life-size close-ups can be taken from further away, and at less risk of disturbing the subject (ideal for insects and other wildlife).
