The BlackRapid Tripod Plate 70 is a 70mm Arca-type compatible quick-release plate that helps you to quickly switch from tripod to R-Strap. It comes with a FastenR tripod screw to quickly switch your camera from a tripod to an R-strap without unscrewing the plate.
