The FTA28AB1 Travel Angel Tripod with triple action ballhead offers an uncompromising performance and versatility with its one leg that can be converted into a monopod for extra versatility. Its 4 sectionscombine an aluminum leg with magnesium castings and twist locks that can carry a maximum load of 10kg. It reaches to its maximum height of 159.5cm all the way down to a minimum height of 45.5cm and can be kept or transported to a folded length of 45.47cm. The ballhead with arca-swiss style plate provides individual controls for pan lock, drag and ball lock.
Triple Action Ballhead
Travel Angel tripod kits contain a triple action ballhead with a quick release plate, which offers separate controls for pan lock, drag, and ball lock. The included quick release plate is Arca-Swiss style, an industry standard.
Reverse Folding Legs
A specially designed spider allows Travel Angel tripods to be folded upward, greatly reducing the tripod's foot print when it is time to pack.+
Monopod Conversion
It is extremely simple to convert one of the Tracel Angel's legs into a monopod adding even more versatility.
Magnesium Casting
Where ever possible Travel Angel tripods employ magnesium castings making them among some of the lightest tripods available.
High Performance Twist Locks
Travel Angel tripods utlize high performance, rubber twist locks for improved ergonomics and resistance to the elements.
Spiked Feet
