Zhiyun-Tech Crane M2 Gimbal

The Zhiyun Tech CRANE-M2 Gimbal has just been unveiled recently and Camera Warehouse fans would be delighted to know it's smaller compared to most of its competitors. It's super lightweight, just 1.1 lbs (500g) and is capable of carrying mobile phones, compact cameras, light mirrorless cameras, and action cameras that weigh up to 1.58 lbs (720g). It is equipped with enhanced camera control via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, has all new stabilizing modes and battery life up to 7 hours. 

This gimbal is definitely a compact tool with dimensions of 10.5 x 2.7 x 5.4″ (267 x 69 x 138mm). It also has a quick-release plate that makes removing and remounting from the stabilizer so much easier. Its positioning memory lock and scale mark meant that balancing requires merely a few seconds. The CRANE-M2 axes can also be locked in position using one button and prevent it from swinging around while in storage. The best part? This gimbal can fold up and lock quickly to neatly fit into your backpack or pocket.

With 6 Operation Modes

PF Mode: The camera will pan when you turn the gimbal left and right. This feature is perfect for hyper-lapse capture as well as traveler footage. 

F Mode:  User's camera will follow the movements of the gimbal's handle.

L Mode: The direction of the camera is locked, making sure you don't miss any shot.

POV Mode: This gimbal also offers a full-range POV mode. This allows you to enjoy 360° synchronized movement on all three axes. It will not level off during motion, instead, the cam will remain locked in position despite the direction or how far you move the CRANE-M2. This results in perfect POV shots. 

Vortex Mode: Now you can shoot 360° barrel shots from all dimensions in great cinematic effect. 

Go Mode: Gives users fast pan and tilt motions perfectly suited for amazing action shots.

Built In Wi-Fi

With its built-in Wi-Fi, the gimbal is capable of syncing up with Wi-Fi enabled cameras that support shutter, zoom, and video start/stop control. The following operations can be done from a zoom rocker and other gimbal controls.    

Built In Bluetooth

On the other hand, via the built-in Bluetooth, your camera can sync up with a free-download ZY Play mobile app for Android and iOS for additional capabilities. This app gives remote control over a variety of functions the gimbal has and is also equipped with filmmaking features like panorama, time-lapse, and slow-motion capture. 

Selfie Mode
