The Sony FE 35mm F1.4 GM Lens is an E-Mount Lens/Full-Frame Formatlens with f/1.4 to f/16 aperture range and 35mm focal length (52.5mm equivalent). It performs well under low-light settings due to its fast maximum aperture that yields in low light and capable of controlling depth of field. A physical aperture ring can also be de-clicked for smooth and silent aperture switching to gain more video applications. With an optical construction that includes Two XA (eXtreme Aspherical) Elements and One ED Element, it reduces color fringing, as well as spherical and chromatic aberrations. Meanwhile, Dual XD Linear AF Motors, Internal Focus can be taken advantage to deliver quiet, precise, and quick autofocus performance in to the subject.

This lens is also equipped with Focus Hold Button and AF/MF Switchfor more options in getting fast access to the control settings.
