The compact and lightweight Sony E-Mount FE 28mm f/2 Wide Angle Lens is a Full Frame format lens with a 35mm focal length equivalent of 42mm. It also performs well under low-light settings due to its f/2 maximum aperture. Constructed with 9 lens elements in 8 groups, it features two aspherical lens elements and two Extra Low Dispersion Glasses to reduce spherical and chromatic aberration. Meanwhile, the 0.25m minimum focusing distance allows you to zoom in closer to the subject. Likewise, smooth and quiet framing without change in focal length is allowed by the Linear, Internal Focus Motor. Amazing bokeh effects can also be achieved through the seven-blade circular diaphragm. Compatible with Sony E-Mount Cameras, the Sony E-Mount FE 28mm f/2 Wide Angle Lens has a 49mm filter diameter and can be used with optional front converters.
