It also performs well under low-light settings due to its f/3.5-5.6 maximum aperture. Constructed with 9 lens elements in 8 groups, it features Four Aspherical Lens Elements and One Extra-Low Dispersion Glass that reduce spherical and chromatic aberrations. The Sony E-Mount 16-50mm is also equipped with an Internal Stepping Focus Motor for fast and quiet autofocus. Meanwhile, the electrically-driven zoom makes this lens ready to shoot once the camera used with it is turned on. This Sony mirrorless digital camera also has built-in Optical Steadyshot Image Stabilization to negate potential image blur due to camera shake. Amazing bokeh effects can also be achieved through the seven-blade circular diaphragm. Compatible with Sony E-Mount Cameras, the Sony E-Mount 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 Zoom Lens has a 40.5mm filter diameter.
