Sky-Watcher 70/900 AZ-Go2 Explorer Refractor Telescope

The Sky-Watcher 70/900 AZ-Go2 Explorer Refractor Telescope is a capable and versatile instrument for observing the night sky. The telescope comes with two eyepieces that provide magnifications of x25 and x50. An additional Barlow lens can increase the magnification up to x100. It has a 900mm (f/5) focal length, which allows for a wide field of view that is suitable for observing large celestial objects such as galaxies and star clusters.

The telescope has a 70mm diameter objective lens, which is large enough to capture a good amount of light for clear views of the night sky. Its 6x30 finderscope helps in locating and aligning objects in the night sky.

This telescope comes with 10mm and 20mm eyepieces. The 10mm eyepiece provides a higher magnification while the 20mm eyepiece provides a wider field of view. It also includes a 45° erect image diagonal with a 1.25" barrel size that provides an upright and correctly-oriented view for terrestrial observing. The objective lens of the telescope is fully multi-coated, which improves light transmission and reduces glare for enhanced image quality.

The telescope is equipped with an AZ SynScan mount, which allows for easy and precise tracking of celestial objects. It can be powered by a 12v DC power supply (Tip Positive) or AA batteries for convenient use in the field. The stainless steel tripod provides stability during observations and includes an accessory tray for convenient storage of eyepieces and other accessories.
