Tested with optimum performance, this lens withF1.4-16 aperture and 85mm focal length is designed to perform and provide the best image quality with 14 Elements in 12 Groups including 2 FLD (performance equal to fluorite) glass elements and 1 element, resulting to a high rate of anomalous partial dispersion and high refraction. The Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) allows 1.3X torque, offering a more efficient and fast AF. However, Full Time manual focus is also available by rotating the focusing ring. Beautiful background bokeh is made elegantly with its 9 blade rounded diaphragm. This lens adapts to an 86mm filter size. It is compatible with APS-C and Full Frame Sensor DSLR Cameras. The 85mm F1.4 DG HSM ART Lens is available for Canon mount.
