The new Nikon CoolShot Pro Stabilized Laser Range Finder provides a major advantage for golfers who rely on accurate distance measurements before taking a shot: unshakable confidence. Through technology that stabilizes the slight hand movements that occur while ranging, this golf optic equipment enables you to acquire small objects such as flagsticks faster and then direct the laser onto the target more confidently.
Unlike other Nikon range finders, the CoolShot Pro has an optical stabilization system that reduces vibrations. Meanwhile, the Golf Mode renders slope-adjusted distance which can help you assess the power of the shot you must make. Indeed, this laser range finder is your ally in playing flawless golf.
Product Features in Detail
Vibrations of the image in the viewfinder caused by hand movement are reduced while the irradiated laser is also aligned. You can acquire a small subject such as a flagstick faster, and direct the laser onto the target more easily. This is achieved by Nikon’s original technologies that are a fusion of vibration reduction and high-performance measurement function.
Picture the scene of an approach shot to a green with trees in the background, where you are not sure whether the measured distance is to the flagstick or to the trees behind it. The LOCKED ON Technology displays the distance to the closest subject, the flagstick. At the same time, the LOCKED ON sign in the viewfinder is lit to inform you. It is clearly visible that the distance to the flagstick has been measured even with trees in the background.
Be the master of the slopes
ID (Incline/Decline) Technology eliminates second-guessing on how far uphill or downhill a shot will play. When ID Technology mode is selected, CoolShot Pro displays the slope-adjusted distance (Horizontal distance ± Height), which becomes your guide for how far you should hit the ball.
Actual Distance Indicator
This Nikon laser range finder features an Actual Distance Indicator that clearly signals to observers that the Incline/Decline measurement function (ID Technology) is not in use. Green LED light blinks as long as the power is on. The Slope (ID) feature can be turned off, which simultaneously turns off the Competitive Confirmation indicator.
