Sigma announces a Wide Angle to their ART series line up the - 24mm F1.4 DG HSM ART Lens
We've seen some big announcment from the CP+ show in Japan this from the likes of Canon, Nikon and Olympus however it wouldn't be complete without one from Sigma. The 24mm f1.4 wide angle prime lens is a great addition to the range and i'm sure it will be welcomed by many. Its designed to work with full frame sensor cameras and It will be available in Nikon, Canon and Sigma mounts.
Since the launch of the A series lenses back in 2013, Sigma have undeniably produced some exceptional good quality lenses like the 35mm f1.4, 18-35mm f1.8 and 50mm f1.4. Due to the popularity of these lenses, 2 years later, the demand is still outweighing the supply. We've got a pretty strong feeling that this lens will prove to be another hit.
Price and availability are yet to be announced however you can send us an email to sales@camera-warehouse.com.au and we'll let you as soon as we find out OR you can keep an

- February 06, 2015Canon Announces Two High Resolution Full Frame DSLR Cameras - The EOS 5DS and EOS 5DS R
Canon really raised bar today not only in the Full Frame Digital SLR arena but in the photography world as a whole. They announced not one but TWO high resolution full frame sensor models - the EOS 5DS and EOS 5DS R.
So why two models instead of one you may ask, what is the difference between 5DS and 5DS R?
In a nutshell, the difference between the two models is Optical Low-Pass Filter. Whilst both models share the massive 50.6 Megapixel sensor and shooting capabilities, the EOS 5DS R has the ability to cancel the Low Pass filter effect which in certain shooting conditions will give you a sharper image with finer details.
