The FujiFilm XF 30mm f/2.8 R LM WR Macro Lens is a new addition to Fuji's X Series lineup. It's an ultra-compact, weather-sealed lens designed for use on APS-C format Fuji cameras.

The focal length of 30mm is equivalent to the field of view of 45mm on a full-frame camera. The lens features a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture and a minimum focus distance of just 3.9", allowing you to get close to your subject for macro photography. The 1:1 magnification ratio is ideal for capturing small details, such as the texture of fabrics, and it makes a great lens for close-up portraits, too.

The optical design includes two Extra-low Dispersion (ED) elements and three Aspherical elements to reduce chromatic aberrations and distortion throughout the zoom range while maintaining sharpness and clarity at all settings. An internal linear AF motor provides fast autofocus performance along with quick and quiet autofocus operation when shooting movies or stills in live view mode.

Its weather-sealed design makes this lens suitable for use in harsh conditions, while its rounded 9-blade diaphragm contributes to smooth bokeh rendition to help you create pleasing background blur effects.
