Canon EOS R8 has a 24.2MP full-frame CMOS sensor, DIGIC X processor and Dual Pixel CMOS AF II with subject detection that works even in low light conditions. This Mirrorless Digital Camera boasts with 4K video recording capabilities and records 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) video at 60p or 30p in MP4 format, and Full HD (1920 x 1080) video at 60p or 30p in MP4 format. The EOS R8 also offers compatibility with lens optical IS, Dual Pixel CMOS AF II, a 24.2MP full-frame CMOS sensor, DIGIC X processor, 4K 60p/6K oversampling for video, and more.
The 24.2MP full-frame CMOS sensor is paired with Canon's DIGIC X processor and Dual Pixel CMOS AF II system to deliver exceptionally fast performance and continuous focusing up to 40 fps. An normal ISO of 102400 (25600 for movies) ensures clear images in nearly any lighting condition, while the 8fps burst rate allows you to capture fast action sequences in detail.
The EOS R8 offers both 4K 60p (6K oversampling) video capture as well as FullHD 180fps slow motion video recording at Full HD 180p allowing playback 1/6th the speed.

Take advantage of the EOS R8's high sensitivity performance with normal ISO of 102400 for stills and 25600 for movies. Capture high quality images with minimal noise in dark setting or at night.
CAPTURE RARE AND FLEETING MOMENTS
The EOS R8 allows you to shoot RAW bursts of up to 30 frames per second with 0.5 second pre shooting, helping you capture the decisive moment in sharp focus even before you've pressed the button. Capture scenes from 3 or 5 seconds before recording in video.
FREEZE THE ACTION
Shoot decisive moments with high speed at up to 40 frames per second. The electronic shutter generates no shutter noise, making it useful when shooting wildlife, concerts and other situations where you want to stay quiet and unnoticed.
