With its DIGIC X Image Processor, the EOS-1D X Mark II can take 4K shots in 60 FPS and continuous 4k stills up to 16-20 FPS using Live View. In the right hands, the EOS-1D X Mark III's sensor sensitivities can range from ISO 100-102400 and ISO 50-819200 for use with virtually any type of lighting scenario. It's definitely one of the best cameras out there that any professional can consider the best tool in the shed.
Product Features in Detail
20.1 MP Full-Frame CMOS Sensor
Speed and sensitivity in all aspects is the objective of the EOS-1D X Mark III from Canon. With its refurbished 20.1 MP full-frame CMOS Sensor, it can take shots in almost every type of lighting scenario. Shooting at high ISO sensitivities will yield the minimal noise and grain possible thanks to its newly-developed low-pass filter. Working with the DIGIC X Image Processor, it can create some of the highest-resolution photos suitable for your project.
EOS iTR AFX 191-Point AF System
The refined 191-point autofocus system allows users to use almost 200 points that help them focus on subjects accurately with exceptional speed and precision. About 155 of these pixels allow you to cross-type points in different lighting conditions. Furthermore, the autofocus system uses artificially-intelligent Deep Learning Technology that allows you to track head and face detection. In doing so, it tracks the subject's faces and figures and allows you to take fully accurate shots and even videos in different scenarios.
DIGIC X Image Processor
Aside from exceptional photography features, the EOS-1D X Mark III can record 4K video at 60FPS, making sports and wildlife shots easier to track and even extract high-resolution still from the captured video. Furthermore, for slow-motion video playback and scenes, full HD recording can record up to 120 FPS. The DIGIC X Image Processor includes upgraded noise-reduction processing, which is exceptionally important especially with a highly-advanced CMOS sensor in the EOS-1D X Mark III, sharpness-based image processing, and image processing performance 300 times after and consumes less power than the previous canon DIGIC 6+ processors.
Smart Controller
The smart controller built into the autofocus button allows you to choose autofocus points while looking at your Live View LCD or viewfinder. In doing so, you can make certain focus adjustments faster without having to lose sight of your subject -- making it one of the best features you can use when taking full-motion and wildlife shots.
Dual CFexpress Memory Card Slots
Two CFexpress memory card slots ensure you won't have any slowdown especially when you're dealing with fast and continuous shooting scenarios or shooting memory-hungry high-resolution videos the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III can provide. In addition, your new camera is bundled with a SanDisk 64GB Extreme PRO CFexpress memory card and an Extreme PRO CFexpress card reader.
Dust and Weather-Resistant Magnesium Alloy Body
The EOS-1D X Mark III isn't a delicate piece of equipment that you need to take care and put in a bag especially in the direst of shooting situations. With its magnesium alloy body design, you won't need about dust and wet or snowy weather trampling your shots -- it can withstand the harshest of environmental conditions, which allow you to capture the most intense yet captivating moments you can possibly find.
