The Brinno DUO Smart Peephole Doorcam is a great entry-level peephole camera for those who want to keep an eye on their home. The DUO offers a 90° field of view, 28-58mm (1.1 to 2.25") applicability and built-in motion detector. It's also IPX4-rated and comes with a free 8GB microSD card.
The Brinno DUO Smart Peephole Doorcam is an affordable option if you're looking for a motion activated peephole camera that's easy to install and doesn't require any installation tools or drilling holes in your door. The device can be used on doors up to 2-3/8" thick and is powered by two AA batteries that are included with the unit.
The video quality is decent, but not great — especially when compared to some other models in this price range like the Nest Hello or Ring Doorbell 2. However, it does offer some nice features like motion detection zones (up to 13 feet away) and night vision so you can see clearly at night without needing additional lighting around your house's front door or porch area.
