Brinno MAC200DN Outdoor Security Trail Camera

The Brinno MAC200DN Outdoor Security Camera features 3.65 cm integrated TFT LCD display with a 75° horizontal field of view and a 28mm fixed lens (35mm equivalent). It has an automatic night mode with a built-in microphone and speaker. The MAC200DN has a resolution of 1280 x 720 recording resolution.

When activated, the night mode will automatically switch the camera to a special night mode for a few seconds. The night mode is brighter and has more motion detection. This helps improve motion detection triggers that allow you to monitor if there’s a break in in progress.

With the Brinno MAC200DN, you get full audio and visual coverage of the entire room. It also has the ability to provide facial recognition, which allows the camera to identify individuals through their face. The camera’s time-lapse mode allows the camera to capture multiple images per second, which will then be made into a movie file for later evaluation. This mode could be useful for capturing the events that happen in the area of the camera once motion is deteted.

MAC200DN
The Brinno MAC200DN is a battery powered portable security camera triggered by one of three modes. The MAC200DN auto converts photos into a fast playback 720p (1280x 720) time lapse video, letting you review a whole day’s activities in minutes.

TIME LAPSE MODE
In time lapse mode you can record at a distance of up to 320 feet using a 1 frame per second fixed capture rate. In motion mode, when the PIR motion sensor is triggered by any movement in a 20-foot zone, the camera captures 2-3 images per second for 5 seconds.

HYBRID MODE
Hybrid mode consists of time lapse plus motion detection. In hybrid mode the camera switches from 1 frame per second time lapse mode to motion mode (2-3 images per second for 5 seconds) when a moving object enters the 20 foot motion zone.

SMART NIGHT VISION
Set your latitude using the 1.44 inch rear LCD screen and the camera will automatically turn on night vision at sunset and turn off night vision at sunrise, so the camera can capture infrared images at night and capture regular images in daylight.

MOTION MODE
In Motion Mode, when the PIR motion sensor is triggered by any movement in a 20 feet zone, the camera captures 2-3 images per second for 5 seconds
