The Rode VideoMic GO II is a shotgun microphone designed for DSLR cameras and other video cameras that have an external microphone input. This microphone has a 3.5mm stereo jack output which can be connected to a camera or headphones. It is powered by either the included USB cable or a standard 3.5mm microphone cable plug. The VideoMic GO II has no controls, so it is simple to use and operate with no need for additional parts or complicated menus.

The Rode VideoMic GO II is a shotgun microphone with a USB Type-C plug for compatibility with USB-C devices, such as computers and smartphones. This microphone includes a built-in shockmount with a pole that helps reduce wind noise. The included shoe mount also stabilizes the device and helps reduce noise. The microphone comes with Rode's Connect software, which allows users to make changes to the mic's settings remotely using the application.
