The Lumix TZ220D is an advanced camera that combines a DSLR-like design and functionality with the portability of a mirrorless model. With its 20.1 MP 1" MOS sensor, Venus Engine Image Processor, 4K UHD video recording at 30 fps, 4K photo mode and full HD slow motion video recording at 120 fps, the TZ220D is a versatile camera that can be used for both stills and video.

The camera features a Leica DC Vario-Elmar 24-360mm (35mm equivalent) lens with 15x optical zoom capabilities. This lens offers a 35mm equivalent focal length range of 24 to 360mm, which provides you with wide-angle images as well as telephoto shots. Additionally, 5-Axis Hybrid Optical Image Stabilization helps reduce the appearance of camera shake when shooting handheld or in low lighting conditions

The TZ220D also has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity which allows you to wirelessly transfer images directly to your smart phone or tablet computer so they can be shared on social media sites

Sensitivity, gradation performance, resolution and colour reproduction are dramatically improved to achieve even higher picture quality.

RAW data development in camera

The Bluetooth 4.2 (Low Energy) enables shutter release and video record Start / Stop without physically touching the camera. You can use 'Panasonic Image App' for Android / iOS to control shutter and other settings.

The rear monitor with a high resolution of approximately 1,240k-dot features higher visibility even for sunny outdoor shooting. Plus, touch control immediately lets you to set focus to the subject by just touching it on the screen and you can even release the shutter.

It instantly calculates the distance to the subject by evaluating two images with different sharpness levels, and achieves ultra-high-speed AF and 6 fps burst shooting with AFC. 10 fps burst shooting with AFS is also available.

5-axis correction / Tilt correction
5-Axis HYBRID O.I.S.+ (Optical Image Stabiliser Plus) detects and compensates for the camera’s 5 types of movement to suppress blurring. The Level Shot Function detects the image's horizontal line and maintains it even if the camera is tilted.
