Instead of a video head, the 562B features a 357 PLV sliding camera plate adapter to adjust the camera's centre of balance which makes this monopod ideal for camcorders payload up to 8 kg. 560B-1 Monopod comes with an aluminum body with a maximum length of 193 cm and weight of 1.4 kg.
