DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan (Osmo Action 3)
1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
· Brand new and unactivated product
· Handheld device activated within the last 30 days
If the product does not meet the above conditions, please apply for video verification or contact DJI Support to send the product back. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 72 hours of receiving the purchasing notice.
2. DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it was purchased. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region to enjoy the full-service benefits.

Three Fast Replacements
The DJI Care Refresh offers three replacements in one year. You can have your product replaced for a small excess fee.
The first replacement fee is $29 AUD, the second replacement fee is $45 AUD and the third and final replacement is $59 AUD.

Global Service and Support
Exclusive International Warranty Service provided by DJI Care Refresh, you can have access to replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre across the globe after confirming the product eligibility.
The international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers such as D1 Store.
