Created and designed to be used in different types of photography, the Sigma 150-600MM F/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sport is your new partner for telephoto zooms. It boasts fast autofocus, 105mm Filter Size and F/5-6.3 aperture to control the beam of light entering the lens. It uses 2 FLD glass elements and 3 SLD glass elements that provides clear and sharp image through the entire zoom range. The body is treated with water & oil repellent coating on the front and rear glass elements. Dust and splash-proof construction is also considered to guarantee high degree of durability. An accelerometer is built with an updated optical stabilizer (OS) to get improved panning photography for both horizontally and vertically. It is compatible with APS-C and Full Frame Sensor DSLR Cameras.

Sigma DG lens
Designed to deliver the ultimate in performance on full-frame digital SLRs, Sigma DG lenses also bring out the best in 35 mm SLR film cameras and APS-C size DSLRs. Remarkable image rendition is achieved by comprehensive correction of aberrations and distortions. Special care was taken to thoroughly minimize color fringing caused by lateral chromatic aberration which is particularly noticeable at high resolution in digital photography. DG lenses can offer both high contrast and subtle tonal gradations, unmarred by flare and ghosting, thanks to Sigma's digitally-optimized optical design and original Super Multi-Layer Coating technology which suppress reflections between image sensor and lens surfaces. USB Dock Compatibility
Sigma has developed special software (SIGMA Optimization Pro) that can update the lens firmware and adjust parameters such as focus.

Teleconverter compatible
This lens can be used with the APO Teleconverter EX. It can increase the focal length and will interface with the camera's AE (automatic exposure) function.
