Super-fast, super quiet lens using Nikon's Silent Wave motor technology, the AF-S 300mm f/4D IF-ED represents a major advance in autofocus lens technology. Having a focal length of 300mm and a maximum large aperture of f/4, high optical performance can be attained even with a teleconverter attached. M/A mode allow rapid switching between autofocus and manual operation. The lens feature ED glass elements for high-resolution and high-contrast images and nine-blade rounded diaphragm to achieve a natural blur for out-of-focus elements. It is compatible with APS-C and Full Frame Sensor DSLR Cameras.
