4K Video Recording
Though compact in size, the Panasonic HC-X1GC 4K Video Camera can record DCI-standard 4K videos at 24 fps and Ultra HD at up to 60 fps. Stunning slow-motion scenes of 120 fps can also be captured in Full HD 1080p and Standard HD 720p resolutions. Variable Frame Rate recording of 10 steps from 2 to 60 fps is also available for more creative leeway. Videos can be saved in MOV, MP4, or AVHCD formats with bit rates ranging from 5 to 200 Mbps.

Leica Dicomar Lens with 20x Optical Zoom
The 24mm wide-angle nature of this lens is ideal in shooting at tight locations for it helps create sharper videos with minimal distortion. Meanwhile, zoom in to the subject with its 20x optical zoom that provides an impressive 24-480mm focus range. Adjusting the focus to your preference is also possible via the manual control rings.

4-Drive Lens System
To optimize zoom power and image quality by minimizing the drive range, the HC-X1GC has this system that can operate its four lens groups either all-at-once or independently.

1-inch MOS Sensor

5-Axis Hybrid Optical Image Stabilization

Two SD Card slots
When both slots are used, both SD cards slots can simultaneously record two different file formats on each card. The built-in Neutral Density filters (1/4, 1/16, 1/64) reduce the amount of light that comes through the lens spilling into the filter. It allows the use of slower shutter speeds to fast-action activities like car racing or sports. Meanwhile, ND filters also provide a wider aperture that let you make your subject stand out in the background. ND filters will also make your colors more saturated, making for a more striking picture. The neutral density also soften the effects of sea waves and blowing grass to provide an ambient and time-lapse effect. They can also emphasize movement in a busy setting.
