Atomos calls it the Ninja V 5" HDMI Recording Monitor because it's a small, stealthy device packing so many groundbreaking features you won't believe exists with recording monitors. It is capable of recording and playing back DCI 4K, UHD 4K, and HD Video from its mini-SSDs. Furthermore, it features the Atom HDR display technology, which allows you to monitor true color and gamma images without the need to compress the entire image. It has a different but useful interface than Atomos' previous HDMI recording monitors too.
