Late last week, Pentax announced the new K100D Super entry-level digital SLR. The new 'Super' K100D is largely the same as the current model, but introduces support for the Pentax SDM (Supersonic Drive Motor) lenses, increased sensitivity to ISO 3200 and the same dust removal system as in its big brother, the K10D.
We're not sure when this camera will be available in Australia (if at all) at this stage, but will let you know asap.
Pentax also announced a new, low-end flash, the AF-200G, at the same time. This flash has a guide number of 20 - more details as they become available.
