Fujifilm Australia Announces Firmware Update for Select X Series Mirrorless Cameras

Fujifilm Australia recently revealed that firmware updates on select X Series Mirrorless Cameras will be released on 29 October. The cameras included are the following: X-Pro1, X-T1, X-T10, X-E2, X-E1, X-M1, X-A2, and X-A1.

 

The Fujifilm X-A2 has a 16.3-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and a three-inch tilting LCD. It is capable of capturing full HD videos and has up to 3.5 stops of image stabilisation. It also has autofocus for auto macro, eye detection, and multi-target shooting. Meanwhile, the Fujifilm X-E2 has a 16-megapixel sensor with an ISO of up to 25600. It also has a three-inch LCD monitor and manual pop-up flash. This mirrorless camera also comes with wireless connectivity and Face Detection function.

 

On the other hand, the Fujifilm X-T1 has a 16-megapixel CMOS II sensor with a three-inch LCD. Made of magnesium alloy, this weather-resistant camera has an EXR Processor II which makes it capable of continuous shooting of up to 8 frames per second. Likewise, the Fujifilm X-T10 also has a 16-megapixel sensor with an ISO of up to 51200. It has a film simulation mode and a real-time viewfinder. Compact and lightweight, this Fujifilm product also has an AF Zone and Wide/Tracking modes.

 

The Fujifilm X-Pro1 has a 16-megapixel APS-C sensor and is compatible with Fujinon XF lenses. It is built with a Hybrid Multi Viewfinder that optimizes magnification according to the lens used. You can also adjust the camera’s settings quickly with its Quick Menu button and take advantage of its 1.23 million-dot LCD monitor with surface reflectivity of under 0.2%.

 

The Fujifilm X-E1 has a 2.8-inch LCD monitor with a sensitivity of ISO 25600. It also comes with a high-definition 2.36 million OLED electronic viewfinder and quick response so that you won’t miss a shot. It also comes with Film Simulation modes for more artistic footages and a Drive button to swiftly change various camera settings.

 

The Fujifilm X-M1 allows on-the-spot Instax printing and wireless image transfer to mobile devices. It comes with a 16-megapixel sensor and a three-inch tilting LCD. Also, all of its buttons can be seen to the right which makes one-handed operation possible. Finally, the Fujifilm X-A1 has an EXR Processor II for stunning “bokeh” effect and it can be used with Fujinon XF interchangeable lenses. It also recognizes 58 scene types thanks to its Advanced SR Auto function.
