Up to 6K High Resolution
The LUMIX S1H maximizes the use of the pixels in the full-frame image sensor. As a camera, it has achieved 6K/24p (3:2 aspect ratio) or 5.9K/30p (16:9 aspect ratio) video recording for the first time in world history. It is also the first digital interchangeable lens system camera that enables 10-bit 60p 4K/C4K video recording. It is capable of accommodating a variety of recording formats which includes a 4:3 Anamorphic mode to achieve a more professional cinematic effect. The camera's high-resolution data can also be utilized in creating 4K videos having high image quality or cropping 4K images.
Wide Colour Space and Rich Gradation
The LUMIX S1H has a wide dynamic range with over 14 stops of its V-Log/V-Gamut. This is practically the same as the Panasonic Cinema VariCam that is able to capture any light condition, from dark to bright areas. You will notice that a person's skin colour and texture are vividly reproduced. Image Stabilization using a 5-Axis Sensor-Shift
In order to achieve the highest sharpness despite being handheld, Dual I.S. 2 combines S1's 6 stop-rated 5-axis sensor-shift image stabilization technology with lens-based 2-axis image stabilization. This compensates for a wider range of movement types in order to provide clearer and sharper imagery. The Dual I.S. 2 has to use compatible Lumix lenses featuring O.I.S.
